“Understanding….” handouts were developed to explain the cause, diagnosis, and treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavior problems in everyday language.  Guided Self-Management Toolkits were developed to teach children, adolescents, and their families evidence-based skills to effectively manage early, mild worries, sad mood, distractibility/disorganization, and misbehavior on their own. In addition, short, engaging videos were developed to teach effective parenting skills and skills to understand and manage the target symptoms and disorders at home.
